All items are promoted in good faith to be available at the time of ordering. However, unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable.
We reserve the right to correct any publishing errors.
DELIVERY DELAYS
Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in dispatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay. You may cancel such an order at any time prior to processing.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
ARPI AUSTRALIA must be contacted prior to the return of any goods.
We will gladly refund, credit or exchange products in original sale condition on presentation of the original sales docket within 14 days. Sale items, delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error or product fault. Further delivery costs may be incurred on exchange of products.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are only accepted by email before we dispatch and must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
